Everyone can succed in great team

Everyone can succed in team. Yes, that's completely true. When team works together and all system support such teamwork every person can be successful.

When I started to work in this industry in 1994 and after I had ideas about maximum possible teamwork but what I found in that time was only systems that supported work for the company and for the top leaders in this companies. They gave only advises and motivation.
